Our client is a European company which provides Comprehensive Service Solutions contribute to the performance of 3 key components of our clients' organizations: their People, Processes, and Infrastructures & Equipment.

Currently they are looking for a Facilities Management Engineer to support their rapid development.

Facilities Management Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Working with, and advising a team of Managers, on how to improve operational and maintenance performance, including best practice maintenance techniques for individual pieces of major plant and equipment, for Mechanical & Electrical services, Building operations, Helpdesk, Janitorial, Landscape, and other facility related services
• Establish clear lines of communication within the team and with the Client and End Users
• Meet Client and End User satisfaction in line with agreed KPI's
• Supervise the negotiation of subcontract and suppliers agreements and ensure that the operation and maintenance cost targets are achieved.
• Contribute to the preparation of Management Reports, Annual Business Plans and Budget Proposals for the Client
• Actively seek ways of improving the working environment, extend asset life and reliability, and enhance the end user experience
• Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and all aspects of Health, Safety and Fire.



• Based in Jakarta reporting to the Project Director.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• 15 years experience in the service industry, including building Management.
• Good experience in negotiating and managing technical subcontractors.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
• Self-motivated and lateral thinking
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the country statutory, operating standards for building services and regulations
