Responsibilities:
- Job Purpose:
Assisting Head of Personal Banking in designing and delivering a comprehensive strategy for Personal banking assets and liability as well as driving the Personal banking business forward which align to vision and mission of The Bank
- Key Result Area
- Comprehensive strategy for bank wide third party liability and asset products, bancassurance, investment and retail treasury
- Creating and implementing value proposition of wealth management (Personal Banking)
- Balancing Risk and Reward
- Key Accountabilities
- Achieve target volume and revenue from each products
- Develop new product and feature according to customer need
- Monitor all initiatives in order to see the impact result
- Partnership with third party company who provide bancassurance and investment product
- Running marketing program riding on the campaign to support sales team in branch and other sales channel.
- Working in close association with branches to enhance productivity and sales performance
- To direct e-channel capability as a strong point for retail liability & asset product and proposition
- Strengthening core proposition for Personal banking segment
- Develop marketing plan to acquisition, upgrade, cross sell in Personal banking segment
- Increase market share and awareness for Personal banking segment
- Increase customer product holding ratio with cross selling and product bundling
- Increase the customer profitability and retention thru cross-selling with goal of increasing retail liability & asset product holding per customer
- Ensure a strong operational Risk management culture is set in place within the Retail Liability and asset Value Stream.
- Work closely with the Corporate Internal Audit and ORA team to ensure that all audit or ORA observations are dully resolved within committed timelines and ensure there are no repeat findings.
- Ensure all internal audits (CIA, ORA) result in a satisfactory ratings. Similarly, for all external audits, the rating must be satisfactory.
- Ensure all BI regulations are dully adhered to, and no major concerns are raised in the regular BI audits.
- Monitoring in every risk issue with RP and UORM Retail Liability & asset.

Requirements:
- Minimum S1 from reputable University
- Minimum 10 years experience in related field
- Ability to formulate, articulate and execute strategy
- Understanding of customer experience/needs with regard to key products and services
- Providing sound understanding of market, product and channel economics.
- Strong strategic acumen coupled with strong execution capability
- Influence, persuasion, conflict resolution & negotiation
- Project management, being able to deliver against tight timeframes under pressure
- Quantitative and qualitative problem solving
- Cross-functional coordination & delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building, networking and people leadership
- Adept at working across matrix organizations.
