Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA 2.75 from reputable University
- Have minimum 7 years of operational risk experience
- Good understanding of banking product and activities
- Strong leadership experience
- Experience in developing operational risk policies
- Experience in coordinating HO/branch/regional operational risk activities
- Experience in formulating and implementing operational risk management programs
- Experience in developing BCM plan
